Payroll Coordinator
Allendale, NJ
Full-Time, Contract to Hire
Responsibilities: Prepare, import, process and review payroll data
Create direct deposit files and distribute paychecks
Maintain documentation and reports
Provide great customer service to support operations
Work alongside the Payroll team and other departments
Qualifications: Experience in UKG Pro highly preferred
Must have understanding of payroll software and related computer applications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 1-3 Years' hands on experience with payroll preferred.
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) proficiency Strong Excel skills a plus
Advanced math skills and solid analytical abilities: calculate figures, amounts, and percentages, and apply concepts of mathematics relating to financial calculations
Knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements preferred.
Restaurant or hospitality experience and Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
